I am licensed in the state of Massachusetts, but can also refer you to agents in any other state or country. As the real estate industry has evolved, and the internet has provided a vast amount of information at our fingertips, agents are able to service a larger geographic area. Although my main focus is on the MetroWest area (Newton, Needham, Wellesley, Sudbury, Wayland, Weston, Hopkinton, Westborough, Holliston, Framingham, Ashland, Shrewsbury, etc) I have serviced clients as far north as Amesbury, as far south as Taunton, as far west as Worcester and also in downtown Boston. I suggest that we talk about your location and needs, and if I do not personally service your area I will team up with an agent who can provide the same level of service and expertise that I expect.
How are you paid?
Buyers: As an Accredited Buyer Representative, I work with you through each stage of the buying process and represent you throughout the negotiations and closing. My fee is paid from a percentage of the listing agent’s commission. If the listing agent receives 5%, I receive a percentage (usually 2.5%). Sellers: It is important that we have a consultation to discuss your property’s individual marketing needs. Each property is different and requires a different marketing plan. In our consultation we’ll discuss commissions, marketing and pricing. I look forward to having this confidential conversation with you soon.

No. I am not compensated in any way for recommending other companies. My recommendations are based on prior client satisfaction. I pride myself in aligning with companies that are, in my opinion, ‘the best of the best’. This team approach is what I believe generates the excellent results that make my clients so happy!
Is this your full time job?
Yes. Real Estate is my full time job, and I take it very seriously. I am here to partner with you 100% to either sell your home quickly and for the most money possible, or to help you purchase your home…whether that is your first home or your forever home.
