This pricing analysis considers a variety of metrics including recently sold properties, active listings and economic housing market conditions. Ultimately, your home’s selling price will be determined not only by these factors, but how buyers view your property and it’s “worth”. Nikki will work with you to position your home for sale. Nikki will provide resources such as staging, organizing as necessary.
