Nikki works with relocation clients to make this process as smooth as possible.  Whether you’re buying a home here in metrowest Massachusetts, or selling your home, Nikki has the expertise needed to ensure that your relocation will go smoothly.  She works closely with your relocation company, while overseeing each step of your move.   If you’re moving to the Metrowest Massachusetts region, there are many towns and home ownership options to choose from.  Each person & family’s needs are different and Nikki takes careful consideration of what you are looking for in a town, to help you best select the location and home that meets your own personal needs.  Nikki also understands that many relocation clients only visit the area a few times prior to purchasing a home.  She will provide a confidential consultation (either on the phone or in person, if possible) to best determine what exactly you need and want in a town and a home.  Then Nikki will personally preview each of the homes on the market, taking her own video and photos to email to you.  She will send you reports on each town, along with her own thoughts and views on each location.  Nikki is a native of Massachusetts and has extensive knowledge of the area towns, which is imperative when finding a community to call home.   And she does not stop at just finding you a home….Nikki is known to organize all aspects of a client’s move, from helping them identify local daycare centers, assist in timing the arrival of movers, to coordinating cleaning companies, contractors and even furniture delivery or decorators.
